@comic_con started today. I am who I am because of comic con. I literally grew up working the con. I went from my preteens, to my teens, and now into my 20s growing and changing each year I returned to the booth. Most of my treasured friends, experiences, and opportunities can all be traced back to a moment or connection made at Comic Con. I can never put into words the depth of my gratitude to everyone behind the scenes at comic con, who all those years ago believed in two kids with a book and a dream enough to let us have a booth and panel alongside others were on average more than twice to three times our age. Though this year is very different, we still have a booth and a panel, and the same immense pride to be included in a one of a kind celebration of storytelling and art in so many forms. Like every year our booth is 1601. I miss you all so much.
