For context, the guy with the white cape is Hyde Oust. He has the same voice actor as DIO from Jojo. Because of that, he's put into a bunch of memes by the fans, and even the game devs crack jokes about him.

This event, they had this adorable radish-shaped creature called a "mandora" dress up as Hyde. (Now named, "Costumadora".)

And when it comes out of the ground, it shouts:

"IT'S ME! DORA!!"

It's amazing. I love it. Hyde, your meme potential is now a threat to Puggi's 4th wall breaks.
