Not gonna lie, these options had me stumped for a while.
I didn't like the first 2 and the last one I was kinda confused by.
Option 1: I don't agree with that notion because she's very clearly capable of doing things that an arbiter's daughter isn't expected to do/she goes against the standard. I also don't agree with Rei that Soohyeon is cruel or dishonest. To me, it looks like she's doing major damage control given her cursed status.
She JUST risked her life and the lives of everyone within close proximity to her the day before this last scene, in order to stay true to her beliefs. And yes, awesome for her as everything turned out mostly fine, but it came VERY close to causing a catastrophe that could have killed HUNDREDS.
No shit she's not taking a risk like that again anytime soon if at all!
If she sided with Tindoiimu at the end, no doubt soldiers would be sent after her. Her mother would launch a thorough investigation to find out what she's hiding/what changed her, which would have lead to her curse being revealed. And that would put both Maeok and Soohyeon in peril when things are chaotic enough as is.
Option 2: No? No. Not sure if it's just the wording or what, but this sounds scummy...
Like half-heartedly trying to help your friend then just apologizing after every time? That just sounds manipulative. Maybe I'm reading it wrong though.
Option 3: Again, I dont know if it's the wording or what...I dont quite get this one either but it felt better than the others. Who's the hypocrite this option is addressing? Rei??
She's talking about soohyeon here though, not herself. Either way, I interpreted it as "it's not fair to call soohyeon cruel when she really has the best intentions and still sticks with her morals. If anything, Baa Baa could be considered cruel, but even she was very honest and straight forward."
Everyone was just fooled by her deceptively sweet smile and cheerful attitude. But she kept true to her word the whole way.
Idk, looking over everything now, none of this makes sense to me. ×_×
Oh well. I wonder if the other options had longer dialogue. This one was very short.
