This pizza bread that you can pull apart is a fun and tasty take on regular pizza. This is a great snack for parties, game nights, or just because it's easy. When you put together Italian bread, pizza sauce, cheese, and different toppings, you get a tasty treat that everyone will love.
Ingredients: 1 loaf of Italian bread. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup pepperoni slices. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional. 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Cut the Italian bread diagonally into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through, creating a grid pattern. Spread pizza sauce between the slices of bread, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, diced bell peppers, diced onions, sliced black olives, and grated Parmesan cheese, making sure to get the toppings into the crevices of the bread. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes if desired over the top of the bread. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the bread. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil, leaving the top slightly open to allow for ventilation. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is heated through. Unwrap the foil and place the bread under the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes to lightly toast the top. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve hot. Enjoy!
