Басист Steve Mackey пока воздержался от воссоединения и кто его заменит неизвестно (но может он и сам ещё передумает). Steve заявил, что был очень рад поработать с Джарвисом в студии Abbey Road, над ремастерингом каталога Pulp для переиздания на Universal Records — судя по всему в честь тура 2023 грядёт переиздание на виниле основных пластинок Pulp. Последний раз они играли все вместе 11 лет назад, есть видео из Барселоны, с Примаверы 2011, с их фееричного выступления (был там).

Jarvis Cocker has been busy despite not releasing anything new in a number of years. He has been splitting his time as a DJ on BBC Radio 6 as well as being the editor at large for the publisher Faber. Since 2011 he has been touring with Pulp as well on their re-union tour. Now he says he wants to pick up the pen and return to songwriting to see if he has anything interesting left to say. “Whether it’s to impress girls, or whatever, music is the thing that has become my means of self-expression, so this year I’m taking a break from the radio show to find out if I’ve got any interesting songs left to write or whether I’ve written them all.” A film about the Pulp re-union tour is set to be released later this year. Primavera: A short response

Howdo. Been back from Barcelona's Primavera Sound festival for a couple of days now - body and mind still recovering, but I PROMISE to give a full rundown this weekend.
