This seems to be a common trend with folk of this desolate town. Everyone had to stare. Their beady, curious little eyes squinting at her as if she’s some - some sort of monster, like they’ve never seen a girl with nine tails and ears before! Yes, she was a demon; a gumiho, a soul sucker, a succubus. Whatever you wanted to label it. But did it really warrant such strange looks?
