My two favorite @lushcosmetics products!
Lots of new bar soap!! My personal favorite is called The Exfoliator Pumice bar soap!! Sounds pretty amazing doesn't it!!!! #thedandelionfarm #shoplocal #pumicepower #exfoliate #barsoaps #scrubyourworriesaway #scrubitoff (at The Dandelion Farm)
Had an awesome bath this morning and just had to share! I started out with picking my primary ingredients - bubbles and effects. Ive been dying to try out Creamy Candy for ages and chopped her in half to get the most out of her. Then I went for Razzle Dazzle for that soft skin water. Creamy Candy unfortunately did not live up to my expectations... I imagined clouds of sweet smelling bubbles that rose high out of the bath! What I got was slightly depressed looking scent-less bubbles that disappeared really quickly... It didn't soften my skin at all (I tested this before adding Razzle Dazzle) either. Overall not impressed with this one really... Razzle Dazzle however performed admirably as ever! It was responsible for the gorgeous scent in the water and how soft my skin felt. It added its own sliver lustre to add some real character to the bath water as well as its lovely oils to soften you up! My next bathing ingredients were Ocean Salt (which I actually pinched from my Dad just to see what everyone on Tumblr was fussing about), Don't Look at Me, Pumice Power (not pictured but bath staple) and Dreamwash Shower Roulade thing. I shall begin with Ocean Salt. I only stole a small pinch to try on one arm to give me an idea of wether I should buy it. My answer to that is no :/ it really didn't do it for me compared to Rub Rub Rub! I wasn't over keen on the smell, very strong lime which was refreshing but just not my thing. I didnt like the big bits of salt, I'm more a fine grain girl, but I cant deny they were exfoliating! Overall I just didnt click with this product from the outset buuuttt I probably will give it a second go :) Don't Look at Me is a peculiar face mask to me. It's scrubby which I totes love! It's blue which I like but cleaning up it is a pain (blue flecks eevveerryywhere!) And it does clean your skin really well. What I dont like is the scent... I cant figure it out. Its fresh and zingy but has a weird after note to it that I just do not like. I will buy it again but it'll always be a puzzler for me... Pumice Power is an amazing foot soap/scrub that is orange-y and fresh and makes your toes feel awesome! It's a fine grain (yes, I'm definitely all for the fineness) exfoliant so you could actually use this on your whole body. I absolutely love it, its not expensive and it does the job! Lastly, Dreamwash Roulade. Oh and it all goes wrong here... What the frick is this stuff? I chopped it up a good way (it's expensive so I wanted the most out of it) but not too mean and just sort of rubbed it on myself. It's really clayish! I don't even know where they were going with this product but I'm not getting it. It doesn't smell nice or of anything I can put my finger on, it did absolute zero for my skin anywhere on my body and it was a pain in the behind to use! (I dropped it twice in the bath, I have butter fingers as it is). Oh Dreamwash Roulade what do I do with you??
