I absolutely love your Thistle is Tiger's dad rewrite/headcanon! It is so interesting and now my personal canon! But in the tags, you said Thistle would have three sons, White, Tiger, and Darkstripe??? Why/how Darkstripe??

thistleclaw manipulates willowpelt to have his kits after she becomes a warrior by making her feel like it was her duty to have kits, especially since runningpaw and mousepaw were now apprentices there were no kits in the nursery, and of course willowpelt being a young warrior and wanting to do nothing but do the best for her clan and thistleclaw being such a respected warrior she takes his words as fact and thinks it’s an honor to have his kits

after she has darkkit she realizes that what she felt was not love and she realized thistelclaw used her after her big sister leopardfoot tells her HER experience with thistleclaw, willowpelt tries to detach herself from thistleclaw for the next moons and tries to keep him from darkkit to no success because thistleclaw says it’s his right to raise his son, willowpelt ends up confiding in redtail, spottedleaf, and whitestorm about thistleclaw, as well as leopardfoot telling her story as well

sunstar loses his final life and bluestar becomes leader before darkkit is made an apprentice and then about a moon into darkpaw’s apprenticeship (mentored by tigerclaw), thistleclaw is killed in a “border patrol scuffle” with riverclan (redtail and whitestorm killed him), darkpaw is devistated, tigerclaw let’s the cat out of the bag that thistleclaw was his father, leopardfoot confirms, now the whole clan knows when before only leopardfoot, patchpelt (leopardfoot of course told her littermate), willowpelt, redtail, and spottedleaf knew

darkpaw now grows an even closer bond with tigerclaw, his mentor and older brother and becomes distance with his mother as thistleclaw (and now tigerclaw) raised him to believe that she was trying to keep him away from thistleclaw (which she WAS) and was trying to keep him weak while thistleclaw was trying to make him strong

darkpaw also starts hating his other half brother, whitestorm, because he and willowpelt start to become close after darkpaw became an apprentice, and he believes whitestorm is betraying their father by being on willowpelt’s side, and becomes absolutely enraged when like 2 years later whitestorm and willowpelt allegedly have kits together (graystripe and his sister who dies because they’re born during that famine and sickness)

Congratulations on the 3k followers! I'm new to your blog, but I can tell you deserve them! Silly question, but what are your favourite Destiel moments?

Ah my favourite destiel moments. How do I even choose! Well, this comes to mind at top of the list:

Because in my opinion, its the moment everything changed. 

I also happen to love this moment:

This moment had my heart pounding. For a split second there I thought I was dreaming and something very different was about to happen… can you BLAME ME?!

and also this whole episode:

Because urgh the grumpy angry husbands and Sam being the awkward third wheel was SO GOOD. I think actually my favourite destiel moments in this episode were Sam’s reactions because they were GOLD.

Also this because it textualised everything we had been saying about Dean. He isn’t ANGRY with Cas, he is WORRIED ABOUT HIM. and RIGHTLY SO! This episode textualised just how much Dean cared (and pre season 13 that was actually something that was still up for debate if you can believe it)

I mean I can’t not mention THIS:

Do you know I wrote a whole fucking meta on this scene that I have NEVER posted because by the time I had finished screaming about it it had already been meta’d about by EVERYONE ELSE and I just… gave up? But anyway. THIS MOMENT HOLY FUCK MY DUDES WHAT THE FUCK WAS THIS! THE ZOOM, THE DRAMATIC TURN AROUND, THE MUSIC - IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN! WHAT THE FUCK WERE THEY THINKING THOSE FUCKERS!

*breaths*

So yeah the end of 13x05 was pretty fucking epic as destiel moments go…

I should probably just mention ALL of 13x01-13x06 really. BECAUSE WOW.

Oh go on then… THIS MOMENT:

BECAUSE THIS WAS BROKEBACK SUPERNATURAL FFS IT WAS GLORIOUS.

But okay, I have pretty much stuck to season 12 and 13 here, but there are LOADS of vintage destiel moments I ADORE as well! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CHOOSE WHEN WE HAVE ALL OF THESE:

(This scene in 10x03 kills me because it feels so intrusive. Like I shouldn’t be watching. The scene in 12x19 was a massive improvement on this scene basically. Cas needs to spend more time in Dean’s bedroom...)

Okay, so I may have got a little carried away... Heh... The thing is, when you actually add up everything we HAVE got, it really does put it all in perspective. There is so much history between these two. So MANY moments to love, to revel in. I haven’t even included half of the moments from early on which are oozing with sexual tension, I just picked the first things that stood out in my head. 

This is why when people say “destiel doesn’t exist” it drives me mad. Because look. Right here. Here it is existing in the show, just like it always has done. I love each and every one of these moments. Its nearly impossible to pick a favourite. Though I think I will stick with the mixtape scene, because I really do mean it when I say it was a game changer. 

But the thing is, the fact that we have SO MUCH to choose from says so much about our ship itself. That’s the most amazing thing. We have such a huge selection of moments between these two characters to choose from that it does become practically impossible to choose your favourite. Hence instead making bloody long posts like this one to clog up your dashboards - sorry about that. But not really. Because if you follow me, then you would probably appreciate the reminder of how fucking awesome Destiel is, and has always been. :D
