Stiles hasn't seen Derek in six years, so when he shows up at the bar where Stiles works, claiming to be some indie rock star, Stiles can't believe it. Stiles has even more trouble believing that he and Derek are about to have a one night stand.

Soon one night turns into two and three, and seeing Derek causes old wounds to open for Stiles. As Stiles reconnects with Derek, he finds himself painting things he's been avoiding, and he thinks maybe he'll finally start to heal.

for the love of gOD, don’t leave clarke alone with the frosting because she’ll eat all of it before the sugar cookies are even in the oven (and this problem is even worse when she’s pregnant)

as a real treat, bellamy bakes devil’s food cake for clarke every year on her birthday even though he’s not a huge fan of it himself

“there’s a bun in the oven, bell.” “clARKE, wOUld YOU fucking sTOP iT wITh tHAt JOKE?”

every halloween they bake muffins with m&m’s inside for the kids who come knocking, just to be a bit original

they just love italian food, and bellamy makes these amazing pieces of garlic bread that they devour in a heartbeat

don’t talk to me about them fooling around in the kitchen while they bake, so they end of making out on the flour-covered counter, their fingertips smeared with cake batter or cookie dough

banana bread??? BANANA BREAD. it’s a bellamy blake favorite, so clarke always makes a double portion and he’ll have a piece every now and then with his black coffee

26. “You broke my heart.”

When you pictured the next time you would meet Sam Winchester, you envisioned you punching him in the face and storming off, never saying a word… You never envisioned yourself gawking at him on your door step as you tried to cook dinner.

“(y/n)…” Sam was first the break the minute’s silence. He had changed but those eyes still held that sadness that he’d always carried. His hair was noticeably longer, his face more serious; more marked with the burdensome years.

You reacted in the only way you could. You slammed the door shut. You heard his sigh and he reached out and knocked again, “Please, (y/n).” The way he said your name still sent a shiver of excitement down your spine.

You opened the door slowly, “Why are you here?” Your voice was a lot weaker than you intended, something you cursed yourself over.

“We were in the area and… I knew you lived here and… I missed you.”

A sarcastic smile spread on your face, “Missed me?” You scoffed, “Sam, it’s been three years. My phone number hasn’t changed. Could’ve called if you missed me that much.”

He sighed, “You know that it’s not that easy, (y/n). A lot’s happened since- since I left-”

“-since you abandoned me, you mean.”

He ignored you, “You would’ve been killed.” The impact of his words rested heavy on your heart, “You would’ve been killed because of me and I couldn’t. I couldn’t.” The look in his eyes made your heart beat faster. He had broken your heart but still, you cared.

Gingerly, you stepped to the side, “Come in… We’ll talk.”
