Engaged!!

Okaay! So before I explain why I’m back- let me just share that over the holidays I got ENGAGED! Which is partly why I'm back...

Holy crap! There is plenty to talk about with the wedding, but lets focused on the good.

I am overweight, out of shape and (was) unmotivated. There’s nothing like a wedding to kick your ass in gear!

I joined weight watchers last Monday. I had such great success with it in the past, I figure why not go back to my roots. Then today I started up a gym membership at the jcc, which was my old gym. I walked 1.5 miles on a 3% incline, then ran 1 mile 1 min on 1 min walk. Felt great and is a great first work out.

I’m excited to reach milestones again and can’t wait to update yall on all the fun stuff!
