🙄The one thing that will actually heal and transform your body is the one thing that gets bashed by the media so often and misunderstood by many. . . . 🤗Fresh, seasonal & locally sourced fruit. Yip fruit is not your enemy, it is your friend!!!🍉🍋🍈🍌🍇🍍🍎🍑🍐🍓🍏🍊🥝 . . . 😔And the sad reality so many cut it out of their diet purely out of fear of carbs and gaining weight. . . . If that was the case I would be as big as a house by now but its not. . . . I always ask the question (regardless of your religion) Why would God/universe/creative force/divine spirit (fill in your reference) give us something so beautiful with miraculous health benefits if it was actually "bad" for us??? The statement doesnt even make sense. . . In the end you get to choose because its your body, but if you have been struggling for YEARS and getting nowhere....time to rethink the logic of eating. . . Here I have a purple power smoothie make with x2 frozen 🍌🍌 (yes 2...) 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 2 black pigs, 1 tbsp purple potato flour from @Synerchi_organics and a little water and ice to make it creamy. I enjoy it firat thing in the morning after my lemon water flush. . . Taste like heaven because it has all the ingredients blessed from above!!! . . .
