So I found out a Kool-aid flavor from my long distant childhood was re-released as those little pouches for water bottle-sized servings so like any sane person, I bought 72 pouches on Amazon.

HEY! KOOL-AID!

I feel like we run a post about Kool-Aid every summer but maybe that’s my nostalgia talking. Regardless, how many of you out there had this classic Kool-Aid pitcher set growing up as a kid? By my guess, probably all of you or close to it. If you were born before 1999, it’s very likely you and your folks had no idea it wasn’t such a great idea to dilute a full cup of sugar and a pack of artificial flavors into a small pitcher of water and serve it to already hyper kids, but, you live you learn. A LOT of us have such fond memories of Kool-Aid fueled summer days we can still name our favorite flavors (Purplesaurus Rex anyone?). Seriously though, nobody wanted to serve their Kool-Aid out of mom’s old Tupperware pitcher, you needed a Kool-Aid Man approved one to get the full experience! If you missed out on that part, or just need to relive it one more time our Greentree location has this pitcher set with 5 glasses for only $13.99. You’ll have to buy your own Kool-Aid somewhere else though, and I believe they are making Purplesaurus Rex again...

Since you've been re-watching it... Dawson's Creek

I’ll take this as an opportunity to say sorry for the spam, especially since it’s italian, but Dawson’s creek is a really satisfying show to live tweet about, comparing the comments with other viewers it’s fun. I might get bored soon though, that show is a little too much.

I don’t think I ever watched it all, and I remember very little past s2, so this is just how I feel at this point of the show (early s2), but I doubt it would change much.

favourite female character: She is ruined in s3, but right now it’s Andie. I I just love the obsessive perfectionist characters (the opposite of who I am), and she’s so fun, especially with Pacey. Later it’s surely Jen.

favourite male character: Pacey, no contest here.

least favourite female character: Joey. She’s insufferable. Insufferable to the point that I feel bad and root for Dawson when they get together (honestly, she’s way more neurotic than him). I hate to be the person who doesn’t like the female character unless she’s paired with a certain male character, but I guess it can’t be helped sometimes. In fact, I like her interactions with Pacey. I’m curious to see how I would feel now that I’m older.

least favourite male character: Dawson. Even if I’m kind of rooting for him these days and I feel like he gets better as the series go on? Or maybe it’s just because JVDB is so hilarious.

favourite ship: Pacey and Andie. <3 <3 <3 They are my first OTP. I got SO mad when she cheated on him.

least favourite ship: see least fav female character.

film/tv show rating: I hate rating things! Idk… 7/10 It’s definitely good at some things, but it’s also really unrealistic and too serious when it comes to portray teenagers? Who talks like Dawson and Joey? And its two lead characters are just too unlikeable.
