Now that my Zaftig Tee is finished, I've started on the #SilenceTee by @redearthdesignstudio! Ok, it’s no secret that purple is my absolute favourite colour, but I can’t be the only one who thinks this yarn is amazing! I've made some significant progress on my #ZaftigTee by @knitoriousshe since last I posted it! I finished the upper back, made it through the shoulder fronts, AND made it through the lace! Ok, so I cheated slightly and skipped about half of the lace chart, but still! The sleeves have been split on my second #SunbeamPullover by @knitatude! I knit on the body until my yarn ball ran out, and now I'm going to knit the sleeves, to make sure I have enough yarn to get everything done! . . . Two more modifications to the pattern so far - I added two more stitches in the final increase round, and cast on one additional stitch at each underarm, to add two stitches each to the sleeves and body. Oops, I cast on a second #SunbeamPullover from @knitatude - this time, with all the modifications that kept popping into my head as I made the first one! The pattern is scheduled to come out on February 18th, and is gorgeous to start with! I've discovered that I really enjoy modifying patterns, and since the first one wound up in my mom's closet, I decided it would be fun to compare my modifications to the original! . . .
