I messed around and had some fun at the gym tonight. I had given myself a few cheat days and I always wish I had just stuck to it after the fact. I saw the scale creep back up but it’s a comfort to know my muscles are still there firing. You can’t destroy progress with one day, just like you didn’t achieve what you have in one day. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that indulgences in moderation are healthy and part of life. Now let’s get back on track and keep pushing, keep flighting, keep working!

He was peculiar in that way. Always so damn pessimistic. Some days I found him intriguing. His character and defiant nature always made me question what had made him that way. Was it his childhood? Was it his adolescence? Or did he just have a flare for having an opinion that opposed others. Other days I thought he was pathetic in that way and limited because of his inability to transgress through his traumatic or insufficient adolescent experiences instead he let it and the world turn him bitter.

The humans seem to enjoy the challenge of limited capacity. For everything. Safety is much less of a priority than… by internutter
