That whole place was weird

sucks about Nuclear Plant Zeta exploding and wiping it off the map with radiation tho. (apparently the plant was close to the Epsilon plant.  Coincidence???  I THINK NOT)

should make some interesting encounters later on.

also flashbacks to Stellar dealing with MOM going missing when the original Nuclear Plant went critical.  Poor kid.
