The wish has been used before. and its always bad. Because of how it works

Currently that's the style shift and some minor retcons.(so far)

First it was to contain null (nooro's prototype. He was evil well nihilistic)then to divide the powers.

Then to make kwami more nice and humane and considerate of mankind. Bound.

And now to make a better world for a select few of the Kwami-touched that can include resurrecting past the price.

And this will continue. Its possible there is no limit but every use is painful and the previous worlds aren't, as proven with dimensional travel, destroyed so much as shuffled or can be.

They can't keep getting away with it. and that's assuming a side effect from rebuilding a world from scratch doesn't cause eminity.

Has PV Tikki ever found herself with the BC that just got a kiss from her previous LB? How angry would she be with them, especially if they’re the kind of people who would just get enough luck to keep on going? Related, what would happen if the Marinette freed from the BC got the Ladybug?

If that happens, it’d be extremely rare.

Typically both would randomly go to the next potential user, for Tikki, it’s who’s next to best serve her purpose; Plagg it’s random entirely.But if it happened that previous BC got Tikki after getting a kiss from LB, yeah she wouldn’t be happy to see them, but does think this would be a nice touch of justice and irony. They are once more bound to a miraculous, one that has a purpose to serve and it will be served. They only get that good luck when they do good. Meaning it’s a must to do what must be done or their luck will change and it’ll turn into another curse. They’re hope of getting free would be forming a connection with the next BC, but that’s an if they ever become active and involve themselves. For some, the bad luck is just tolerable and not as much need to transform, leaving this LB on their own to deal with the trouble in hopes of getting free of the earrings. 

Now the what if Marinette was BC and then got Tikki, it’s pretty unlikely Tikki would be upset with Marinette. As the BC, Marinette wouldn’t have a goal of getting free. She’d deal with the curse and be a hero cause that’s what’s needed and that’s what feels right to do. She wouldn’t try to kiss LB at all. If a kiss was exchanged, it’d be an accident/unplanned/under influence or done with LB having the intent of getting free, and most likely its just something outside Marinette’s control. 

Tikki would be on edge at first but quickly warm up to Marinette, delighted how much Marinette cares to be a hero and see Paris safe. Depending on who the LB was, Marinette’s an upgrade for Tikki.
