Regulus Black and Pandora Rosier are pyromaniacs. Once when they were children they “accidentally” knocked over a candle on the table. They were both punished severely for it but to them the fascinating flames setting ablaze in the ball room and the chaos it caused was worth it.

Evan was busy trying to convince Sirius that he was completely responsible with a knife and that that one time was a complete accident and he’s changed. Sirius was busy trying to hide the knives to protect unsuspecting guests.
