I know probably no one will see this, because no one seems to know of/be a fan of the QED manga.

But that also means I can make all the headcanons I want in peace.

And if you ask me, both Sou and Kana are on the ace and aro spectrums, and are gonna end up in a QPR.

I mean, I doubt we’ll ever see that in canon (or if we get anything like that, it’s gonna be SO MANY YEARS from now), but I’m gonna believe it.

I also picture them older, with jobs of some sort, living together - Kana complaining about the books - and constantly visiting Kana’s family. Because they’ve basically adopted Sou in the manga.

Then I imagine that one day Sou comes across some kind of genius orphan child, helps them out like Sou does, and Kana’s just like “what, are you adopting this kid now or something” and Sou doesn’t oppose, and the kid is a sweetheart, so she goes “we’re adopting him now. AND YOU’D BETTER HELP OR I AM HIDING YOUR BOOKS”. Then they just. Have a kid.

I just love picturing these two as accidentally creating a whole life together. As being best friends and partners. That they each have their own independant lives, but they chose to keep the other in it.
