Is it just me, or is Q-Force acknowledging into the whole toxic masculinity and objectification of women in spy movies and taking the piss out of that a bit by flipping it on its head with Buck, our beloved dick-out commando warrior. I mean the dumb himbo can’t even take a second to put on pants before launching himself into a fight. In anime and actiony media we always see women expected to fight in skimpy clothes that do nothing but objectify them. It doesn’t feel like a coincidence that Buck almost always fights naked, enough so that even on the poster he’s naked. I mean get it you funky fuckboy you <3

Watching Episode 5 of Q-Force

"Stat can't swim. She thinks swimming is fake."

I... I love her.

Buck did what Mary asked, this is character development.

I appreciate that Mary isn't making the SAME mistake every episode. In episode 2, he got himself in shit for disobeying V's orders and doing his own thing recklessly, then he learned his lesson. He learned to be better than Buck. His mistake in this episode is being too trusting and seeing the good in people where it may not be. I'm glad that it's not just multiple episodes of stupid reckless decisions for the sake of having a plot.

Stat's house (the exterior) is aesthetically pleasing. Also girl's flirting with an AI.
