You cannot sit here and tell me that this...

...is just the look of a concerned uncle.

The reason why I still believe in the Qrow is Ruby's Real Father theory is because of moments like this. Yang is his neice by blood yet he doesnt even attempt to check on her and since he was introduced, Qrow and Yang barely interact, and when they do, its only because Ruby's with them.

Whether this theory is true or false, we can all agree that Qrow loves Ruby like a father would love his daughter.

I swear it looks like Ruby has a mixture of Summer and Qrows hair color, Qrow s eyebrows, Qrows Eye shape but bigger(seems like it’s only the top lash)

Summers lashes,face shape, maybe even her skin tone,

.....Idk I just felt like I needed to compare them for my own sake 😲

Apparently Tai has bushy eyebrows.....

edit: I think Ruby’s eyes are like Ravens 👀👀👀👀 Branwen genetics 👀👀

I am still not over the fact that Qrow gives way more attention to Ruby, who isn’t his actual niece, sometimes even to the point where it seems like he is a little obsessed with her, than to Yang, who actually is his niece.

Since so many of you wanted to see more long haired Qrow and his interactions with Ruby, have another quick-sketch!

Ruby loves playing with Dad’s hair, long or short. When it’s long, though, it gets braided, put into ponytails, brushed, and flowers placed through it. She doesn’t share the ‘awe’ that her mother has, though, about his feathery, soft hair texture, since she has the same kind of hair. Mommy’s silky hair perplexes her more than Dads, but Ruby still loves to play with it none the less. 

Qrow loves it and both Summer and Ruby’s hair-play about puts him to sleep. Very relaxing.

2020 has been a shit year, was it not? 

But keep in mind that any moments of happiness and positive matter. Accomplishments, even the smallest, matters bc an accomplishment is an accomplishment, but the biggest one we’ve made is surviving this year, even if it includes staying home for the majority of the year. 

It was tough, but we survived it. We’re strong, and I’m proud of all of you and myself. We have reached to the bottom of 2020 and woke up to a new day of 2021.
