Quackity is giving some updates about QSMP structural changes:

- He has been on many calls and reading comments, but is still not done.

- People who were in charge some of the financial and administrative wrong doings were fired.

- The QSMP wouldn't last much longer if I had kept going the way I was doing.

- He is basically restarting the administration almost from zero

- There won't be more individual update accounts for each creator or each language at least for a while

- There won't be any eggs or npcs **TEMPORARILY**

-Creators will be in charge of their own lore and the team is not going to intervene in that anymore

- The competitive level is going to slow down

- The server will be in basic terms

- The server might be re opened but that doesn't mean everything is fixed

I love qsmp2 but I can't help but feel a bit sick with the idea of the federation being as present and active as qsmp1. It makes me more at easy that both Philza and Pac said that they talked to Quackity about the working conditions and all but idk, I can't help but feel bad.

IMPORTANT QSMP DISC0RSE PLEASE READ ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Okay, for those who don't know, the last two days (even tho we have been complain for months) have been absolute hell for the Brazilian community, to the point that a lot of us are agreeing to drop the community as a whole, saying we will only watch our favorite Brazilian streams and that's it; we no longer want to interact or be a part of this server

The Brazilian QSMP Twitter community has been complaining about the fact that the Carnaval event, something that's ours and our creators were excited to share with the rest of the world, wouldn't have our creators be a part of it because of the time. We were complaining because we absolutely have the right to, since, as I said before, it's our culture, the most significant event in our country.

Because of that, a lot of international fans, and it hurts to say this, Latino ones, decided to make mass hate xenophobic tweets about us and our creators. Tweets that vary from saying we should be thankful Quackity invited us because no one knew about the Brazilian streamers (when actually the reality is we have about 8 Brazilian streamers as the most-watched streamers in LATAM) to saying Cellbit, Mike, or Pac should kill themselves, and finally, to bringing back the past relationship Cellbit had with his ex-girlfriend.

Because people who had no idea of the story caused a massive hate towards Cellbit and his girlfriend. So his ex-girlfriend used this opportunity to accuse him of a crime and later deleted the tweet, but the damage had already been done.

So international fans decided to use that as a way to be xenophobic towards us, calling us monkeys and many other racist things, plus mass reporting Cellbit to the point where he had to issue a response. I'll leave the English and Spanish translations here because it's something you all need to read, and beware because of the trigger warning.

The point is, we Brazilians are tired of this community. It no longer feels safe for us. It no longer feels fun for us, and it's absolutely ridiculous that a server that was created upon meeting and embracing new cultures would be so hurtful to us. And it hurts us a lot more, seeing as most of the hate is coming from Latinos themselves (especially toxic fans from quackity's community). French people have been the ones to defend us constantly, when our own neighbors have been nothing but racists to us.

I hope Quackity does something about this because we have been complaining for months, but he continues to be quiet about it, doesn't call out his fans, and pretends nothing is happening we will drop out of this server, even cc's commented how exhausting it is for us. This project was supposed to bring people together, but so far, we have been dealing with a lot of xenophobia, and we are tired.

I know this is more of a Twitter problem since everyone here is chill (even tho i have already seen some xenophobia in here), but I just wanted to fill you guys in on the news. And for those who watch Cellbit, we don't know when the next stream will be since he was just forced to talk about his sexuality and abuse. Please shower him with a lot of love and positive messages. For you guys to have any idea, he's trending #1 in Brazil, and even though the entire country used to hate him because of his ex-girlfriend's lies, everyone is apologizing and saying he's an incredible person.

One thing I want to warn, especially to the Patitos´´, I know the situation is bad, but harassing the CCs and demanding that they defend Quackity, or even calling them bad friends for not speaking out, saying that they only have a career because of the QSMP is exceeding the limit of common sense. Firstly because Quackity never went public to defend his QSMP friends when each one was attacked by the community, which happened many times, it happened with Cellbit, it happened with Baghera, Antoine, Tubbo, Bagi, and from what I saw on Twitter even with Mike and his wife, and Quackity never came out to ``control'' these fans, so stop demanding that others speak out as if they had an obligation. Not even Quackity had an obligation to speak out, so why do they need to? Furthermore, saying that the QSMP saved their careers, that they were not famous, is exceeding the limit of respect. Philza is known for his series of Mine,Fit, Tubbo, Bad, Foolish,Tina,Roier,Missa, Rubius,Jaiden,etc. Brazilians and French people have always been numerous in their own countries, and there are people who already knew some of them in other regions of the world, the QSMP may have even opened doors, but they weren't in need, or anything like that. So no, they are not obligated to consider Quackity as a savior. I'm sorry to bring this confusion to you, but I think the topic is valid,If they made that kind of comment there, it's easy for them to do it here, so that you don't make things worse by starting a fight with ALL the communities, because I would also like the QSMP to be saved, but this type of comment already makes anyone wish that everything would go away, explode. I have a few things to say about Quackity's stream and the QSMP as a whole.

If you haven't watched the stream, please do so here, I refuse to paraphrase and believe it should be watched in its entirety to form your own opinions. [Here is the YouTube link]

First of all; I don't think any of the actions Quackity took were deliberately malicious. I believe, in my opinion, he got swept up in the excitement and hype surrounding this new project, and we all know how easily that can happen. It's so easy to ignore the small things when you are being showered in positivity.

I think the project got far bigger than he thought which opens up everything to a lot of criticism.

But he does not deserve to feel unsafe, nor is it any sort of appropriate to send him death threats under any circumstances. Nor to anyone, that is a line we should not cross.

Please, for the love of everything, remember this is one of the biggest projects he has ever attempted. Balancing management, his real life, and his public figure status must be incredibly stressful, and you can only do that for so long until things start to go unnoticed. Someone spread so thin is bound to crack, and unfortunately, I think that's what happened with the administration. He's an incredibly busy guy, and to expect him to be so hands-on with the project while keeping up with the rest of his life and future prospects is an inhumane task to keep up with.

Yes, I absolutely agree that healthy amounts of criticism are necessary in something as groundbreaking as this. But under no circumstances *ever* does that become something you can threaten another's safety over.

I also agree he should have said something and apologized to the previous admins who were brave enough to share their story. But I also can agree with the fact this might have been better done privately, at least as much as possible, because the moment you get the public involved someone malicious is going to rip their words apart to use in whatever fashion they wish.

But it's hard to be truly objective and honest when every word you ever say online could be misconstrued and twisted to suit another's fancy.

I think that's where most of the issue lies, at least to me. There are systems in place when handled in a law environment to protect those affected. The moment anything goes public, it's free game for someone to use as they wish.

I think in certain situations, getting the public involved in the good fight is a sound decision, for a group of people are louder than one individual. But it can also grow wildly out of control if not handled properly, and for a delicate situation like this, I think it's only drawn the whole situation out to a painful amount.

I dislike the fact that a lot of my passion has disappeared for the server because this server is full of people whose content I enjoyed previously and some I've only now discovered.

But, I still do believe it's possible for us to hold hope. I have to hold onto that because if there truly is a way for this to turn around it can serve as an example it's possible to recover and put your best foot forward.

I think there's been mistakes all around, blown wildly out of proportion, but I do still want to give this place a chance.

Because what an example it could become if solutions can be found that helps all the parties and the fandom affected by this all.

That's all. Again, this is just my opinion, and I want to discuss it if people want to talk about it reasonably.

Please form your own thoughts after watching the stream, and try to keep an open mind. I understand this might drive a lot of people away, but I believe in the heart of what QSMP is.

This server and community are meant to unite people from across the world. Let's give it a chance to continue to do so, eh?

I just wish it all could have gone down differently, but we can't change the past, only hope for a better future.

Hi Tumblr QSMP community! I pray that you who seem to be more comprehensible don't go so far as to justify Léa's leak of Quackity's last name and with it, the authorization to completely break with his privacy not only as a streamer and public figure but also as a human being.

"Public information" because you can get it from an official Mexican government website? As a Mexican, let me tell you that Mexico's public services are really very easy to access because the population tends to forget it frequently because of the disaster that is the wild administrations here, but in short, with your name and date of birth it is INCREDIBLY EASY to get your information to do any procedure in the country, your "CURP" (or "Clave Única de Registro de la Población", your ID for americans I think?). That's right, just by having a full name and a birthday you already have a lot of information with which you could access a more private one of someone. We all know that in Mex, but we know that the information we can obtain from that facility, even if it seems public, is PRIVATE.

It's just DISGUSTING to see how some people decided to take this supposedly "public" information when he never didn't say it, when he avoided actively exposing himself to social media during the years he's been making videos on YT. It wasn't public because NO ONE KNEW ABOUT IT, absolutely no one, not even the most obsessive fans had access to this information.

And according to the law, it becomes completely ILLEGAL to share this information 'when an unauthorized disclosure is generated for the purpose of harassing an individual (doxxing)' (paraphrase of the content of the following screenshot, from a digital document that I'm sorry, I don't know how to share it :().

Someone on Twitter added that it's also illegal in France! although the screenshot is in spanish and I don't have anyone to confirm it right now. But Léa is french, isn't she? illegal in both countrys.

SO, IT WASN'T PUBLIC DATA AS SOME WANT TO INTERPRET IT FOR THE SAKE OF SPREADING HATRED TOWARDS QUACKITY. With this data obtained, they are leaking PRIVATE information, his phone number and Call Log, his address, the contact of his lawyer, among others. Here's a proof of this! We don't know if it's completely real, but isn't it scary that they've even tried it and spread it like it's nothing at all? A simple digital prank? that's it's doxing.

So what I want to get to with this post, the first one I've done in my life on this platform because I couldn't sit idly by and see if someone else would talk about this or not here. No matter how you want to justify it, it is an ILLEGAL act and will surely correspond to legal action soon. It was an act with the intention of harming Quackity and third parties such as his family and acquaintances, who indiscreetly from the anger that the former administrator may feel, her actions are NOT justified in any context.

What is more frustrating is to see how this is justified, especially foreigners who decide that under their national laws it is not an illegal act in Mexico. when it IS and one that is being taken into account faster and faster, with digital violence becoming more and more alarming in our society that brings with it specific laws such as the recent law "Ley Olímpia" (a law that punishes anyone who shares intimate photos of a person without their consent or authorization). Even large companies are subject to this protection, because it's obvious how dangerous it is for anyone that personal information can be used for any purpose without any way to stop this, so saying "Quackity is a is an entrepreneur/company and therefore you can use your information like that 🤓" is completely wrong.

SO PLEASE don't be blind to this obvious wrongdoing, don't justify Léa's actions that even she knows it was wrong, don't applaud and follow the example of all those who are sharing private Quackity information. Indiscreetly about what has happened, we still have much more to know since no other administrator besides Léa has affirmed her words of the interview, so we can be empathetic towards another human being. Just that, how much does it cost?

Last Tweet to affirm my point by words spoken by Quackity himself. Please have mercy on me for not translating the screenshots, I'm dying of sleep! And I'm not sure if anyone will see this. When I get up, I'll do it so I don't have the uncomfortable feeling of not getting it done AND trying to make my English a little bit more comprehensible because I've never really been able to do much with the writing of the language.

And well, I know I'm also putting my hands to the fire but I don't think that one injustice can mix with another and result in justice, especially when we are still blind to the real situation that occurred with Quackity Studios and especially when I feel like my country is being mocked by some because they don't take our laws seriously.
