Putting all rumors and speculations to rest, Acer President confirmed today the arrival of its Tegra 3 powered quad-core Android tablet in 2012. In an interview with T3, Jim Wong confirmed that all the rumors and speculations surrounding its tablet plans were true. Acer was the first to follow Motorola with a Honeycomb tablet in 2011 after the launch of the XOOM and we intend to remain very aggressive on that front," Wong stated displaying its intentions to closely follow Asus' Transformer Prime, the only player occupying the Tegra 3, quad-core Android tablet segment.
