Nightmare Knight
I don't have many voice headcanons bc I immediately blank on actor names. But Quakemaster is DEFINITELY voiced by Keith David. Look me in my eyes and tell me u don't see the vision.

365 DC Comics Paper Cut-Out Villains - One Villain, Every Day, All Year…
November 28th - Quakemaster
Robert Coleman had been an architect of significant renown in Gotham City. His reputation was irreparably ruined when a building he had designed was severely damaged during a hurricane. Desperate to vindicate himself, Coleman donned the guise of The Quakemaster and used a super-charged jackhammer to create earthquakes; his plan was to destroy many of the other buildings in Gotham while having the ones he had designed remain intact. The plot was thwarted by Batman who soundly defeated the cad. The Quakemaster somehow escaped prison and ended up recruited into The Silver Ghost’s iteration of The Secret Society of Super Villains. Some time later, the villain was hired by Manchester Black to attack the Kent Family farm. The Quakemaster first appeared in the pages of DC Special #28 (1977).
