Date unknown. Active; characteristics unknown. Approx. 24 m (79 ft) octagonal cylindrical concrete tower with gallery. Lighthouse painted (top to bottom) with green, white, red, and gold horizontal bands. Two photos are available, Nguyễn Đắc Vệ has a view from the sea, and Google has a satellite view. Despite its name, this lighthouse is located at the southern tip of Đảo Ba Mùn, marking the narrow passage between that island and Đảo Quan Lạn. There's a good view from ferries between Cẩm Phả and Cô Tô. Accessible only by boat. Site status unknown.
