Quantifind Secures $200 Million to Expand AI Financial Crime Platform http://dlvr.it/TTF44p
An interesting company called Quantifind has recently went online aiming to help businesses with Marketing Analytic. What's interesting about Quantifind is that they focus on the exterior environments of a business and its many data points to give them a clear picture of what messaging, product strategy, and TV media are working and what's not. On top of this they can suggest what other strategies might work compared to what a business has been already using.
An example given by Ari Tuchman (CEO of Quantifind) was that "even if lots of people are tweeting about how "Emma Watson is hot, that doesn't mean any of them are going to see her movie Noah, but if they're tweeting about babysitters or having a girls' night out, then there's actually some correlation"
Basically Quantifind looks at more then just key words specifically about the business, it looks at other factors in big data to find relevance to that particular business.
