In a ceremony a few weeks back, while everyone was having amazing visions of what was to come for their 2020 and beyond, all that was coming through to me was the word 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵.⁣ ⁣ So it seems quite fitting that I ended up choosing the word 𝘚𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 for 2020.⁣ ⁣ It’s been a long journey with these two things for me over the years so I know it’s going to be an interesting year.⁣ ⁣ This past year I have had the biggest test when it comes to trust and money.⁣ ⁣ In the past I’ve always had a knowing that whatever I spent would come back to me. It didn’t matter the amount it just always returned to me.⁣ ⁣ Yet this past year I’ve spent the most and had the least return. And it’s testing my faith.⁣ ⁣ 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.⁣ ⁣ 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺.⁣ ⁣ It’s easy to have faith when things are going your way and your beliefs are being confirmed when you expect it.⁣ ⁣ 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬.⁣ ⁣ The quantum field is an idea that may take some time to grasp.⁣ ⁣ It’s a rabbit hole that is a lot of fun to go down.⁣ ⁣ For now, I’m remembering to trust and surrender.⁣ ⁣ Exactly like I did on the streets of Byron Bay to get amazing shots ❤️⁣ ⁣ 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #strongwithoutrealising #byronbay #trustandsurrender #embodiment #quantumliving #allmyneedsaremet #keepthefaith (at Byron Bay, New South Wales) https://www.instagram.com/p/B7mHgh3pGfQ/?igshid=17eshhggs4ueg

If you want to know just how much life is happening for you and not to you then keep reading this post! . Before I headed to Nepal I completed my first level training in Theta Healing. Amazing. Headed to Nepal and had so many amazing experiences and releases and visions for my future. . At the end of my Nepal trip one of my friends tells me I should go to this free event by @dr_espen. I was already following his work due to @prestonsmiles telling me about him months ago. . I arrive home to my husband saying I’ve signed us up for this free event on Saturday. Yep he had signed us up for Dr Espens event. Love! . If you are a fan or know of Dr Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton but aren’t aware of Dr Espen I highly recommend looking into his work! This guy healed himself from 2 broken legs and a MRSA infection. He was told he would need amputation. As you can see from this photo clearly he didn’t and not only that he went on to compete in Ninja Warrior. All with the power of the MIND! Quantum Physics is real folks! . Now during this event so many things Dr Espen said were exact lines of realizations I had during my retreat. So many times I looked at Rory and said I thought or said that while on retreat. Not to mention he saw in Rory the things I’ve been saying to him for so long. To see the entire room feel Rory’s heart was a beautiful moment that I will treasure forever. . This is why I know life is happening for me, every experience I have and person I meet is linked to me. We are one with the universe. Always. . My favourite take away from the day - “I would rather have the whole world against me than my own soul”. BOOM 💥 . Early morning contemplations gradually bring clarity to my writing. The challenge for me in writing a book is that I have so many ideas and concepts swirling in my head it can be difficult to create a structure to contain it all. It’s probably six books really. Any wording we use to describe a particular thing or experince never does that phenomenon jusitic, no matter how much we describe and intellictualise it. Same goes for the labels we give every single thing and person. In that sense, if we only take those labels and words and nothing else, we are not just, and in practice, somehow violent! Use the word!
