One of my very first villain characters! I redraw her recently and I’m planning on remaking the series she’s in :0 the others are getting replaced but she’s staying (because she’s my favorite)

Her name is Queen Delta and she’s a chimera who stays in her weird crystal room all day (imagine a steampunk version of Master Cyclonis’ room.) She rules over the world of Turoo and punishes those who oppose her.
