May is the birthday month of our beloved late Queen Alleria. To commemorate the legendary Queen’s life the Royal Court is working on a book about the Jewels of the Royal Family. For the first time since Queen Alleria last wore it, her great granddaughter Crown Princess Allonwyn, wears #QueenAlleriasDiamondHeartCrown! . ◾This impressive head piece was made for the late Queen for use on the occasion of her wedding to Prince Feldor. The Royal Jewelers of Fremier & Sons were instructed to craft a crown and not a tiara. The reason for this is because custom dictates that a reigning sovereign wear a crown for their wedding ceremony. . ◾ Not wanting to wear the Imperial Crown, Queen Alleria worked with the jewel house to create a custom piece that would emphasize both her Royal status and commemorate the beautiful occasion. . ◾The platinum base is set with old cut diamonds and an enormous rock crystal, in the shape of a heart, is mounted prominently in the front. . ◾This piece was used only a handful of times after the Queen's wedding. Mostly for high profile events and ceremonies due to its large size. After the Queen was widowed she retired the piece from use. . ◾ It was believed that when Queen Alleria married Prince Niglehatwah, her second marriage, that she had this crown broken up and the diamonds reused in a heart shaped tiara. However the Royal Court, just today released images of the Crown prior to its installation at the Imperial Museum.
