ICE under the Trump Admin has lost control and is putting people in danger for what?

For those who cant read the screenshots posted, ICE is saying that International Students with specific visas (F-1 and M-1 iirc) have to go back to their countries of origin if their US schools decide to go Online to combat COVID.

Theyre saying for them to just switch to schools that are in person, but the Fall Semester is fast approaching, Florida schools are opening in August and I'm sure thats the case for other states as well.

So 1. If they are forced to go back to their countries they could be in danger of Covid there, as well as other dangers for some students

2. There's no garauntee that they have wifi and good learning conditions at home

3. Not ever online program can be done across countries.

Like my school has certain things that must be done in state. I don't know why, but in my therapy group, a member had to stop joining us when they moved. Ik some sites aren't available in some countries or different laws dictate different things with the internet.

ICE is doing this for absolutely no reason either, like whats the point? Make noise about this yall, call your representatives and schools to see if they can make the govt reverse this decision
