Dear FRESH MEAT friends and family,
We have been given an amazing opportunity to attend Amorous Revolt this July/August 2015 in order to facilitate a panel/workshop on creating intentional kinky spaces, the full description is below. Amorous Revolt (http://www.amorousrevolt.com/) is a brand new Queer kinky Camping event happening from July 31- Aug 2nd in Darlington, Maryland. This event is designed by and for queer people to build and foster intentional communities for support, education, and play.
We are humbly reaching out to you, our community, to help us raise the funds we need to fly out there. FRESH MEAT is entirely volunteer run by Niko, Turay, Jovan, and Axel. Our parties and events gratefully break even. And so we need your help to do this coast to coast healing work.
We are raising funds to pay for the airfare to get the four of us to Darlington, Maryland so we may share our work and experience in creating spaces for our autonomy and sexual liberation as QTPOC. Sharing this work will help others create similar spaces in their own communities. We are trying to raise this money by Tuesday, July 7th or sooner in order to purchase airfare before the prices go even higher.

Kinky Like Me! Creating Intentional Kinky Spaces with FRESH MEAT LA and Papí Coxxx
Have you ever wanted to create intentional QTPOC space in your city, kinky or otherwise? The co-producers of FRESH MEAT LA and Ignacio Rivera aka Papí Coxxx founder of Poly Patao Productions (P3) will host a panel discussion, Q&A, and will open up space to share tools and experiences around creating intentional QTPOC centered kinky spaces. FRESH MEAT is LA's premier play party for queer and trans people of color and our allies.
After feeling isolated in the majorly white and cis-gender LA kink scene, Axel (founder of FRESH MEAT) saw a need to create a QTPOC centered kink and BDSM space. Inspired by Ignacio Rivera's play parties in NYC, Axel reached out to them for mentorship during the summer of 2013. In September, Axel hosted his first play party and FRESH MEAT began. FRESH MEAT is now striving towards being a collective of four: Niko, Turay, Jovan, and Axel. FRESH MEAT hosts workshops, skill shares, and munches to build autonomy and sexual liberation within QTPOC (kink)communities. This panel/workshop will discuss finding spaces and promotions as well as strategies for engaging allies, creating safer spaces, and working as a collective. We want to share what works for us and then open up space to brainstorm and co-conspire because every city is different: different geography, politics, etc.

Your $15-100 donation can get you a one hour mentorship session with Niko, Turay, Jovan, or Axel. The session can look however you want it to look and may be negotiated directly with the person you choose. It may cover play techniques such as needles, impact, flogging, caning etc.; power exchange; negotiations and consent; navigating polyamorous relationships; negotiating intentional BDSM relationships; book discussion; sourdough bread making with Axel; or vegan cooking chemistry with Niko. Please indicate who or what you would like in the session.
Your $25-100 donation can get you a custom printed FRESH MEAT t-shirt! They will feature our FRESH MEAT little bondage pig, image attached. We have the following colors/sizes available. Please forgive our gendered language for the sizing.
