My friend Ishtar had a botched gender reassignment surgery in 2023, and needs help getting it fixed! She's been looking for a very long time to get it done, and has been repeatedly ghosted by surgeons "due to what's been described as the worst case of neovaginal stenosis ever seen".

Ishtar has finally found a surgeon willing to help her out, but she needs to raise $40,000 as soon as she can. She's put off asking for help for a very long time now because she's worried about taking away from other important mutual aid funds, but she's finally put one up for herself.
