Today, I made quesitos using a new recipe on my own. My mom's side of the family, who are all Puerto Rican and grew up on the island, all told me that they taste just like the ones they sell in the island and I'm literally jumping with joy. That's a HUGE compliment, especially with them. They do not fuck around when it comes to food tasting. So the fact that I got it first try and they actually like it? That's AMAZING. Here's a picture:
