Enjoy the tastes of Mexico with this tasty Queso Avocado Chicken Pizza. You can enjoy a delicious combination of creamy queso sauce, ripe avocado, tangy lime, and salty chicken on a crispy pizza crust.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup queso sauce. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 1 tsp ground cumin. 1 lime, juiced. 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded. 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet after it has been rolled out. Spread the queso sauce out on top of the pizza dough so that it covers the whole thing. The ground cumin should be spread out evenly on top of the queso sauce. Put the avocado slices on top of the sauce and squeeze some lime juice on top of them. Spread the black beans and cooked chicken out evenly on the pizza. Feel free to add more salt and pepper to your liking. After the oven is hot, bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are warm all the way through. Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it. Add some fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish. Get your Queso Avocado Chicken Pizza while it's still hot and enjoy it!
