There’s a very large overlap and that, along with my own personal feelings, is making me question stuff

7. Is there anything you used to like but can’t stand now? Nesta and Cassian. They were my favorite thing in book 3 and then book 5 came along and well, you know how it went. Generally Cassian. He was my favorite IC member and now he just annoys me. Sigh.

19. What is the one thing you hate most about your fandom? That some people take these books so damn serious. All the discourse about problematic this and abuse that, as if any of these characters were real. Also how it all leads to the hate messages and fighting and drama because someone likes the wrong characters or depicts them wrong or whatever. It's all so damn stupid.

20. What is the purest ship in the fandom? Tamcien. Some people might disagree because of all the angst from book 2 onward, and sure, but especially if you go to pre-book 1 I feel it's very pure. Just two boys who lost everything taking care of each other. ;_;

This might sound stupid but I have a genuine question: What do Tumblr people mean when they say a show is queerbaiting...?

Because to me queerbaiting is a very nasty and harmful practice that should be in no way encouraged... If I think a show is queerbaiting... I will stop supporting it...

If you tell me a show is queerbaiting, to me it means "Don't watch this show".

Yet, I see people writing, "Marvel is queerbaiting again", "I can't believe I'm being queerbaited again" but will still watch the show, promote it, etc...

Is it possible maybe that queerbaiting isn't the right word in that case or is it something else?

I'm not throwing shade or anything, I'm trying to understand the logic behind this...

I'm gonna ask the first one then ! (/◕ヮ◕)/ 1. Of the fics you’ve written, which is your favorite and why?

Oh my God, this is exactly why I’ve been dreading to post the questions thing 😂 😂 I’ve written 63 fics just on the current AO3 acc alone (yes, I used to have different acc before). And even if we just count the TPN ones, there’s still 50+ of them! I…I’m bad at picking favorites, lol.

But…okay! I think I can at least give you my top 3 favorites! Also, Surprise: For how much I’m writing about romance, none of them are particularly shippy fic, lol.

So…(in no particular order):

Blue EyesReasons: Because I love writing platonic relationships, and I really, really, love little children! I’m the 1st child out of 3 and that makes me babysitting my younger siblings often. Also, my landlord has two little children (aged 7 & 4 now) who I babysit quite often (even though I’m not getting paid for that, lol). Actually, my landlord’s children are the inspiration of this fic. They’re both so protective and clearly care for each other. It’s all so cute that I just had to write it out XD

Wedding Bell MelancholyReasons: The rhymes, honestly. I love the way this one is written. This is the only fic I wrote not for the sake of the plot, but for the sake of writing a poetic narrative style out of a whim. I think most people who read it wouldn’t even understand, but I really consider this one as a piece of “art.”

Because I Know That You’re Evil TooReasons: The Norray friendship! :DYou know how much I love Norray (both in romantic & platonic sense). This fic is like, my personal take of how their dynamic in canon is. Even though the scene I wrote is a headcanon, this one is more like a character study than anything. And I love going in depth with studying fictional characters, lol.
