anaheim ducks: who was the first player you loved?

my first stans were seguin and lucic, but seggy wasn’t with us for long, so i didn’t get to know him (as a player) as well as i got to know looch over years of watching the b’s (although i do now lol).

back then though, i was still young and didn’t know the game as well as i do now, so when it comes to actually ‘loving’ a player, i’d say the first one was krug. i stanned him both as a player and a person, and his skillset was something i awed over as skater myself. i also cried for like 2 weeks after losing him lmao, so that goes to show you just how much i adore torey ✋🏼🥲

yessirrrr, i own a krug jersey (boston) that i got for christmas two years ago! i tend to collect the jersey-style t-shirts more though. that being said, i also have a lucic shirt-jersey (i got it when i was eight—i’m seventeen now lmao—and it was my first piece if of hockey memorabilia...and one of my most prized possessions 🥺❤️), as well as backes and chara ones. i’m looking into getting a nolan patrick (flyers) or charlie coyle (bruins) jersey sometime soon though, and maybe a kirby dach or bowen byram one as well (wjcs though, not nhl) 😋
