Day 3: Favorite book

I have many favorite books, but this is the shirt of The Slow Regard of Silent Things by Patrick Rothfuss, one of my all time favorite books and possibly the most beautiful. This is a litographs shirt and they make a design using the words from the book. You can literally read the book on a shirt (not easily tho, it’s very hard)

Thank God Book Tag

1. Thank God I read this - Name a book that changed your life.

So many have but Beauty Queens by Libba Bray really helped me start becoming an actual feminist and opened my eyes to issues I didn’t even know existed. 

2. Thank God this wasn’t in public - Name a Book you’re glad you read it at home.

Tash Hearts Tolstoy by Kathryn Ormsbee because I was laughing and crying and just on an emotional roller coaster the whole time I was reading it. 

3. Thank God there are Tissues - A Book that turned you into a crying mess.

Quite a few books have made me cry, but The Storyteller by Antonia Michaelis had my bawling at the end. I had to read Ladybug fanfic to make me happy again. (that book emotionally destroyed me) 

4. Thank God I don’t have to reread this - Name a book you didn’t like.

The Red Badge of Courage or Taking Chances were both epically terrible. 

5. Thank God it’s Fiction - Name a book character you would never want to meet in real life.

The Ctaeth or King Leck because they both have way too much power and they terrify but they are like, 2 of the best villains EVER. 

6. Thank God I’m single - Name 3 Characters you would totally want to date.

Nim from Wonder Woman: Warbringer, Milo from Quicksilver, and Fire from the Graceling Realm books. 

7. Thank God for friends - If this book was a human, it would be your best friend. 

The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman I think would be my best friend. I really love this book. 

8. Thank God for editing - Name a book you’d like to rewrite.

The entirety of Cursed Child. Like, every single aspect. Also the end of The Key by Marianne Curley.

Day 2: TBR So I have already started Uprooted, which I like so far, I’m rereading Taming of the Shrew for my directing stuff, I’m going to attempt to read American Gods (no promises to finish @iamnotfromthisplanet and @masternamerofhogwarts), Between the World and Me was lent to me, and Spindle Fire and Rose Daughter look very good.
