1/2 coconut milk, 1/2 rice milk with soaked chia seeds topped with frozen red fruits. Perfect breakfast or healthy sweet snack !
Ginger and tangerine smoothie
Blend one banana with 1/2 coconut milk, 1/2 rice milk, and a finger of ginger. Squeeze in a little nectarine juice and a little zest on top.
Sometimes the morning is busy, and you just need something quick and easy! Since my kids love fruit, I feel like smoothies are the move on days like that! This Mango Banana Smoothie was creamy, sweet, and those little pops of vanilla, honey, and lime really took it over the top! So easy and SO yummy!
