Tutorial 1: Music to Picture
In this tutorial I was required to edit and add to the audio track for a piece of video. As shown in the first screen shot I used the editing software 'Adobe Audition' to sync up the audio and video then 'Quicktime 7' to combine and export audio and video files together. I placed the audio files in the correct places so that the speech was in sync with the video. I also used fade ins and outs to give a more professional and smooth feel to the audio. Added to this I tried to get the audio to match up with certain cue points in the video.
Feedback:
The feedback I received was good, but it was highlighted that the fade out and drop of 'American Idiot' at around 20 seconds could be cleaner.

I love Quicktime 7. I've been without it for nearly a near and just got it back due to this easy trick. Can't believe I didn't do this earlier. For anyone who uses Quicktime X, watch the video to see how you can retrieve the features and functionality of Quicktime 7 w/o your install discs.

As us geeks know, the introduction of Snow Leopard booted the Swiss Army Knife, Quicktime 7, in favour of the watered down Quicktime X. (X denoting "Great for the masses", I guess.)
The Snow Leopard installer disk had a copy of Quicktime 7 that you could install as an option, but my 2011 MacBook Air didn't even come with a USB Lion install drive, let alone an ancient plastic disc.
It took me way too long to Google the latest version of Quicktime 7 for download, and when I did find it, it was named QuickTime 7.7 for Leopard! And still is.
Hmm. Either way, it works.
