I know I have only a couple of followers and this might help maybe only one of you but as someone who can't focus for shit unless my hands are doin a thing and fidget items haven't been helpful at all...

Try sand weights. Omg. I can dig my hands in em and toss em and fold them and they're mostly silent. Sturdy too (cuz they're actual weights for working out)
