Today is my rest day from the gym. My body was ready for the rest but my mind usually never is 🤣 I have a lot of anxiety so it helps me get some of that anxious energy out. 🤪 ... On another note it is hot as balls out and this watermelon @gtskombucha is my best friend. This isn’t a paid advertisement. I just really love kombucha 🤣 ... If you don’t know what kombucha is: It is fermented tea. - That probably sounds weird... well it is. Supposedly it is supposed to be good for gut health but in all honesty it is what helped me stop drinking soda. 😳 ... Yes, I used to be a soda drinker! If you are currently trying to quit soda, kombucha could be worth a try since it is also nice and bubbly. 😍 ... It is not as sweet as soda and can be an acquired taste since it is a bit tangy but maybe start with watermelon and see how you like it. - Another thing that has helped me stay away from soda is sparkling water. Ultimately I discovered I just really like carbonated beverages for whatever reason 🤷🏻♂️ - If you are looking to quit soda: everyone has their own process. Some people do better going cold turkey, some people do better weaning off slow. Whatever process works for you is 👌 - I can’t even remember the last time I had a soda.
