30 Day No Soda Challenge
I'm going to try it. And the best part is I'm so hopelessly addicted to soda that I'm probably going to go insane. Couple that with how much I hate the taste of water and I've got myself a month of hell. But hopefully by cutting soda I can drink more water and maybe shed a few pounds. Plus after cutting soda I'll be able to be more focused in the workplace and not be on caffeine highs or lows. I'll blog what each day was like and fill you in on how well I did. I expect headaches to start around day two or three and continue well into the second or third week.
