My comments:  Oh, this was so lovely and FEELS.

In which Wen Yuan wakes up after his fever, blind and deaf. Lan Wangji, of course, is the Best Dad and slowly they figure out a way to communicate through the guqin, vibrations and hand movements. But still, Lan Yuan grows up pretty isolated from everyone except his father. Until they train him to cultivate....

canon divergence, blindness, deafness, blind lan sizhui, deaf lan sizhui, lan wangji is a good dad, parent-child relationship, communication, 13 years, feels, light angst, love and trust

#regram because I love this. (Art by: @quiversarrow) The Statue of Liberty was once a symbol that you were in a better place. You were free, from whatever you left behind. You could chase your dreams here, it’d be better. I hope it still is for many people. You have nothing to fear from someone who practices the Muslim faith. Absolutely nothing. They’re great people, some of the nicest people I’ve ever met/talked to. If you’re angry at immigrants for “taking your job” or being better off than you maybe just maybe you’re not doing everything in your power to better yourself. I know I’m not right now but I’m working to get there. I’m paying off debt so I can go back to school without worrying about having enough to pay rent and pay for classes/books. Don’t get mad at immigrants because they hustle harder than you.

I thought you were 17/18 because your art was so good, and then flipped out when I saw that you were 14. 14!!! I was literally drawing people with hexagonal faces when I was 14 lol
