（余談1）温泉水でトラフグを育てる「温泉トラフグ」は、栃木県那珂川町の民間会社によって技術確立して以降全国各地に普及しつつある。 （過疎に悩む地域を救うか？「温泉とらふぐ」│49号 変わりゆく養殖：機関誌『水の文化』│ミツカン 水の文化センター） なお、2024年時点で養殖をしていた地元企業が事業撤退したため、那珂川町では見ることができない。
