If you like Wordle but you don't want to give the New York Times any money, I recently discovered that the Merriam-Webster website also has free word games! They have Quordle, which is "what if Wordle but you're playing 4 games simultaneously:
And Octordle, with, you guessed it, 8 games. And both Quordle and Octordle can have a classic version, Chill (more guesses), Extreme (fewer guesses), Rescue (the computer puts in 2-3 random words as your guesses and you have to take it from there) and Sequence (you play one game at a time, but your guesses on that game are counting towards your other games; you can only move on and see the next game once you finish the first).
I like Octordle Sequence best. Partner is into Reunion where you move the letters around to make words because it has cute little animals (who end up next to each other when you're done):
