Knowing how to relax is vital for ensuring your health and well-being, as well as restoring the passion and joy in your life. So..Plan to;
1. Relax: Don't go jumping from one owanbe to another. You need to RELAX!!! If not, you will collapse. You can't get it all done within 24hrs. I know alot of people are of the opinion that tomorrow is not promised. Well, you'v gat to hope dear. Do not kill yourself because you think you only have today
2.Enjoy your chores: Do not ruin the entire weekend with the thoughts of what to do. Just plan ahead and do it. Make sure your plans are realistic though. Do not make it so tight
3. If that event won't miss you, you can pass: Let go of this particular one. You will attend another. Also worry less about what people may say. It doesn't pay the hospital bill nor does it give you the comfort you'll need when stress starts to take its toll on you. And if they ask you why you won't show up, tell them
4. Spend time: Spend time with Family and friends in a conducive environment. You spend time with people when you are with them and actually communicate to them. Put down the gadgets and enjoy real quality time.
5. Laugh a lot: This weekend, Laugh a whole lot till your tummy hurts. Laugh for no reason or join a laughter yoga club..lol. Anyways just make sure you laugh.
6. Plan Ahead: Find time also to plan for the coming week so that Monday does not catch you unawares.
