RA characters at protests

Alyss is a street medic. She was going to be a diplomat, but halfway through school, she realized how twisted the world was, and why would she want to represent a government that shoots its own people? Diplomacy is about peace, but Alyss has learned she'd rather heal the hurts happening right in front of her.
Halt has spent his life blending into crowds and staying inconspicuous. These skills serve him well when shit goes south, and he'll protect the people marching next to him or die trying. Good luck to the person who tries to arrest Halt. He's an old hand and knows every protest rule in the book: no biometrics, no phone, no logos. Has been known to moat an ICE agent or two.
Crowley is Halt's protest buddy. They've run from cops so many times that their rhythm is like a dance: distract, escape, rendezvous. Also, someone has to crack ironic jokes about the world going to hell in a handbasket, okay, and Halt's too serious for his own good.
Pauline leaves her cushy day job when the abductions start happening. She's supposed to project an image of institutional neutrality, but—fuck that. Neutrality is for when people aren't dying. Institutions need to be burned down. She picks up a flyer one day, shows up to her first one, and doesn't stop coming.
Cassandra is holding a megaphone and yelling her heart out. No justice, no peace. She's brought a drum to the ICE hotel, and these bastards aren't getting a wink of sleep if she has anything to say about it. Wherever the banner is, she's holding it. (Alyss became a street medic for a reason).
Tug was the one who bit off the guy's finger in Minneapolis, and he'd do it again, thanks very much.
