This week's episode of the Mandalorian was awesome. And part of it was a toy commercial for old Kenner toys.  An RA-7 Droid, better known to Kenner kids as the Death Star Droid, showed up in service to The Client as a bartender. Bought my first ever adoptable from @rhobi! This sweet monster rat. Used the image as base for some quick speedpainting. I don’t know if the original design intention was wood, or brass, but I tried rendering both 👍

Rouge wood one imbued with fel energy, germinating seed skull, and sprout tail Polished brass one with Space Lights™, circuit computer skull and wire tail

I like ‘em both but I think I’m partial to the brass one! I don’t render metal often. ATM the name I’m using is based on the second: Robotic Assistant Mark VII, because then I get to tag it as RA7 ʕಠᴗಠʔ
