This comic doesnt mean Erza hates Mira, actually FAR from the case. Erza cares deeply for her. The change is just sudden and change is hard to handle sometimes.

In time, Erza learns to accept it, even if she misses what they had. I think at first Mira tried to ignore the rivalry they once had and tried to be a whole different person, which hurts Erza deeply (hence the dialog). But when Mira acknowledges her past and Erza learns to adjust to the change, they get closer.
