honestly the whole russonelli fight says much more about george’s mentality than it does about kimi’s. it’s perfectly normal for kimi to feel the pressure as a first time championship leader fighting a teammate at a strong track of his, who has much more experience and skill in defending. but the important thing is george remaining calm and unfazed throughout radios and interviews, and leaving his aggression for fighting cleanly on track. and if that isn’t enough proof outside of results to have confidence in george’s ability to win a championship, then I don’t know what is.
