A Few Thing’s That Have Made Me Happy (and less anxious) This Month:

The Best of Friends Podcast: A podcast hosted by Jamie Woodham and Erin Mallory Long, where they discuss the series ‘Friends’ episode by episode from beginning to end. I love ‘Friends’ and I’ve been really enjoying this podcast. The hosts really love and care for the show and it’s super funny. I’ve been listening to the show during long hospital days and it’s really helped me relax and take my mind off of things.

Lavender bubble baths: I use the Honest Company lavender bubble bath you can find in the baby aisle (and follow it up with their lotion). Their products don’t bother my super sensitive skin, leave my skin baby soft, and 

RachhLoves on Youtube: A beauty youtuber from Canada, her videos are so well done and she explains everything so well...I think I can do winged eyeliner now? Her voice is cheery (but not overly cheery) and because of her I can actually do winged eyeliner now.
